Founded upon the Buddhist Principles of Mindfulness and a combination of Vinyasa (foundation, core, breath synchronisation), Sacravelli (awakening the spine and rediscovering the body) and Yin Yoga (cultivating the ability to feel and sense). A short, guided meditation and a relaxing Savasana accompany all classes.
