I took these classes when pregnant with my second baby and wish I had found them the first time round! They were amazing for helping me to feel calm and relaxed in the run up to my baby's birth (which wasn't easy having had a pretty stressful emergency c-section first time round!) and also for helping me to understand what I could do to improve my chances of having a more positive birth experience. I signed up for a 6 week block of courses initially and loved them so much I continued for another 6 weeks after that.
Having attended and read up on pretty much every antenatal class out there... NHS, NCT, hypnobirthing and pregnancy yoga I can honestly say that Daisy Birthing was my favourite. For me it combined all the best bits from all of these different classes into one really lovely weekly class that felt like my sanctuary each week (time alone with my bump was a rare thing second pregnancy with a toddler to look after!!). I still listen to the music from these classes when I need a bit of relaxation as it instantly chills me out (though I don't get to often enough!) I just wish I'd discovered Daisy Birthing for my first pregnancy - would have saved me some money for definite and who knows maybe I'd have had a more positive first birth experience too?!
