Derbyshire Street, London, E2 6HG
Dinner to Dye For is part natural dye workshop, part dining experience - using what is seasonal, local and foraged. Guests arrive to bubbling pots of colour made from the plants and weeds of the city.
After the workshop where guests experiment with a number of colours, the room will be transformed for an intimate and communal meal where each course corresponds to one of the dye plants worked with earlier.
Local plants take on a new dimension where taste corresponds to colour.
Tickets cost £47 and include a dye workshop with silk for sampling colours and vegetarian meal with drinks created by Soppka.
Dinner to Dye For is a project of the non profit Permacouture Institute and part of Chelsea Fringe.
