Core Objective Personal Fitness and 'the Stow' have teamed up to provide professional training sessions in a safe and welcoming club house environment. Parents with babies and toddlers welcome.
Whether you want to get more active, start a simple keep fit routine, flatten your tummy, support a weak back or tone and condition your whole body these group exercise classes provide a fun and friendly foundation.
Whatever your long term aims each step counts and every session will: boost energy levels, improve muscle tone, reduce stress and help posture, balance, strength and flexibility.
Classes are differentiated so all ages and abilities will enjoy a stimulating workout but space is limited so please call, text or email Maddy to reserve your place.
