Mum and Baby Yoga Class

Tuesday 11.00am - 12.00pm.

Suitable for mums who are 6-8 weeks postnatal or 10-12 weeks ‘C' section delivery. No previous yoga experience is required to attend this class. The class will help with mum's postnatal recovery, regaining strength and muscle tone, while bonding and relaxing with your baby. The class will include Hatha Yoga postures and breathing techniques with full interaction with your baby. It's also a great place to meet and chat with other mums. Parking and space for pushchairs is available at the venue. Mats are provided. Please bring a blanket or towel.
