Janice's Fitness So-Karate Workout


A self-defence carnival workout that gets you burning loads of calories, toning up and having bundles of fun whilst learning moves that could protect you!

SO are the 1st two letters of soul and CA are the 1st two of Calypso. Put together it gives you SOCA, a term that is common in the Caribbean which alludes to energy and a vibrancy that is infectious once you hear the beats of the music. So-Karate is an aerobic activity where you'll learn self-defence moves whilst keeping fit and burning fat in a carnival fun-filled challenging workout.
