A great way to regain and improve your fitness after giving birth. The primary focus (besides having fun) is to tone and condition, and in particular strengthen the abdominals, pelvic floor and lower back. Classes are friendly, welcoming and relaxed, and a great way to meet new friends and bond with your baby.
