Mindfulness course near Wandsworth Common

8 Week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction course following a tried-and-tested curriculum designed to help you:
- Find healthy and effective ways of responding to life's inevitable challenges
- Break free from habitual patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be unhelpful
- Experience fewer stress-related health problems and improved sleep patterns
- Be less distracted, and more focused and creative
- Enjoy living life more fully in each moment

The course includes 8 weekly two-hour sessions, a half-day mindfulness retreat (2 May) including refreshments, CDs/audio downloads for home practice, and a workbook with background information and practical tools and tips.
