Coping with Cancer Stress Online Course

A once a week webinar course which runs for 4 weeks starting on Wednesday 27 March (7.30-8.30pm).<br /><br />How do you deal with cancer?<br /><br />This course is designed to help people with cancer and their carers reduce the stress of having cancer. It teaches easy-to-learn relaxation and coping skills to improve their quality of life. Participants can access the course online through webinars. Only basic computer skills required. <br />The course is run by trained counsellor and yoga teacher, Ella Titman, supported by four others including a hypnotherapist and cancer information nurse. <br /><br />This course is FREE but donations are welcome. <br /><br />For more information visit our website.
