The original outdoor workout for women company, Fit For A Princess, has an 8 day running bootcamp on Wandsworth Common, starting Monday 4th February.
Suitable for all levels. Our running guru Jo provides a comprehensive program to help you improve stamina, develop great technique and of course, streamline your body.
If you've always wanted to try jogging, which is without doubt a great form of exercise - flexible, accessible and free - but have been hesitant before why not come along. We will challenge and motivate you but with Fit For A Princess you'll also have lots of fun, meet a great group of women and hopefully find a new love for training outdoors.
