NCT group fitness training


Having had a baby, are you beginning to think about getting back in shape?

I am a level 3 personal trainer and specialise in weight loss and toning for women. As well as working with many new mums one on one to help them achieve their fitness and weight loss goals, I also work with many NCT groups providing group sessions. You are very welcome to bring your children to sessions and the training is both tailored to ease you back into a fitness regime whilst being a fantastic opportunity to socialise with other new mums.

The first session is free and gives us an opportunity to meet. I can answer any questions you may have and you can get a feel for what training is like.
