NCT Early Days postnatal courses are well known in the Clapham area for being the ideal FIRST course to attend with your baby. We cover a variety of topics: returning to work, choosing childcare, introducing solids, sleep, routines (or not), how your family/friend relationships change after having a baby and making informed decisions. You get to decide with your group which topics are more relevant to you. The university qualified course leaders support you in whatever decisions you make.
