With the New Year starting, everyone wants to eat and cook healthy food. I am a mum of three and love cooking healthy Indian and non-Indian (spicy and non-spicy) food for my brood.

Healthy Indian cooking lessons are for those who want to enjoy the great flavours of good home-cooked Indian food but without the guilt, ghee, oil and cream. Whether it's a chicken korma, fish kebabs or Bombay aloo, you will be amazed at what you can rustle up at home.

Areas covered: Tooting, Streatham, Balham, Wimbledon. Mitcham.

Price: £10 per hour. Two hours is enough for a starter, main course and dessert or two starters and one main course.
