Mums on the Move - Postnatal Exercise Class

If you're looking to get back in shape after pregnancy and meet other mums in your area, then Mums on the Move is for you!

Mums on the Move exercise classes are a sociable way to train with baby in the buggy while you workout and are specifically designed to get you back in shape after pregnancy. Exercises are progressive, so whatever stage you're at post natally, there are exercises to suit you.

Each class is 60-minutes long with an exercise programme designed to help you lose weight and strengthen and tone those muscles to get you match fit for motherhood.

Classes are held outdoors,so please ensure that you and your little one are dressed for the weather. We do have the option to go inside if the weather isn't fine.
