Pregnancy Yoga Classes


A gentle yoga class, specifically designed with pregnancy in mind. A mixture of gentle yoga postures, aimed at strengthening the pelvis and the body in preparation for the growing weight of the baby. The class also focusses on opening the pelvic region, and 'letting go' to aid a smooth delivery. Relaxation and breathing techniques help to calm the expectant mother, and assist during labour.
The class costs £8.00 ( for 6 sessions payable upfront) or £10 on a pay as you go basis.
