Love it. Loads for wee people to do, as well as all the animals there is a brilliant park and soft play, and a museum if you're that way inclined. If you live in the area it's well worth getting family membership.

A fabulous day out in Livingston. Although listed under farms there are plenty of play areas spread over a fairly large site. Be warned though the toilets aren't. Lovely old buildings house museum exhibits and a usually working water wheel. A narrow gauge railway and tractor rides are available at certain times at extra cost. There is a wide range of livestock but it's not a zoo so restricted to farm and pet animals. Taking a packed lunch is a good option as there is an indoor picnic area (although often not at Halloween and Christmas). An on site tearoom serves hot and cold food and is conveniently placed next to soft play.
