Fitness Bootcamp


Indoor and outdoor fitness sessions helping you to loose weight, get fitter, stronger, meet new people. Set your goals and we will help you to achieve them, and have some fun on the way. With a mix for high intensity, cardio and strength training designed to get the most out of the sessions! We run a separate Yoga session following on from bootcamp, offering you the perfect combo for getting the energy levels up then gently unwinding.
