Vinyasa Yoga (+ optional climbing)


Flowing Vinyasa Yoga building strength, balance and flexibility, linking movement with the breath to leave you feeling calm yet energised. Our experienced tuition allows us to help you work within your own limits, whether a total beginner or experienced student. The class is great for anyone, but we have teamed up with AOAC to offer it as part of the 'Climbing Social', which is a great opportunity to have a go at rope climbing even if you don't have a partner... or you can just do Yoga!
