I offer a low-impact zumba session which caters for those who love good music and a dance but don't necessarily want a high impact class. This could be due to injury, starting on a fitness plan, or you just don't want to jump any more! Steps are demonstrated at all levels and you find where you are most comfortable. Come and give it a try and join a group of lovely ladies! It's pay as you go so if you think it's not for you there is no commitment. Give me a ring if you want any further details.

Times and prices are subject to change. Contact venue before setting out.

I can highly recommend Liane's zumba. I must admit that when a friend asked me to go along with her I was very reluctant, I don't do dance, exercise or movement in general! However after 1 class I was hooked. It was not what I was expecting, yes I did google youtube vidoes on zumba to see what I was letting myself in for. They are called low impact and you can put as much effort as you like into the class, often I stand looking at my feet as they sometimes do not obey my brain's instruction and nobody judges me, I just laugh and then try again. Also you don't have to have the latest lycra gear. It is a fun way to spend 45mins and everyone that goes knows that it is worth venturing out in the dark and cold instead of staying cosy in their homes as one feels so much better for having done the class.

Brilliant class with a lovely teacher who makes it so much fun you forget you're exercising! Low impact so not as energetic as other classes. Excellent for beginners who are always made very welcome, like when I started. Come and have a go!

I go to Liane's class and it is informal, supportive, effective and enjoyable. We're all shapes and sizes so anyone would feel comfortable attending. Give it a go why don't you!
