We offer a wide range of beers, wines and spirits, we also have an extensive wine cellar to complement the good food served in the restaurant. Our wines are supplied by a local wine merchant and are updated regularly.
We pride ourselves on using fresh local produces wherever possible and our menu changes regularly to incorporate what is available seasonally throughout the year. One of our specialities is fresh fish from the local South coast markets during the summer this includes lobsters and crab. During the winter, we focus on game produced around the region, such as pheasant, partridge and venison. All of this is prepared by our head chef, Matt Diaper, who has the local knowledge and a passion for creating great dishes from seasonal food.
