Children's Yoga & Mindfulness Classes


Sessions are led by a qualified children's yoga teacher.
Using the magical art of storytelling, children are taken on imaginary adventures which they act out using safe yoga postures. There is no faith or religious related content in the sessions, only movement and posture work. The classes are a mixture of physical exercise, calming breath-work and fun games, all designed to put children in a relaxed and positive frame of mind.

• Yoga can increase flexibility and strength, as well as enhancing coordination and balance.
• Yoga is recognised as helping children to improve their concentration, manage their emotions and instill a sense of calm.
• Yoga is not competitive and is accessible to all, as each child can practice at their own level.
