Pilates has become the leading form of exercise for pregnancy due to its adaptability in supporting the ongoing changes of the body and the growing baby. We offer group and individual antenatal Pilates classes.

Using the Pilates principles and assessing your posture at the beginning of each session we will take you through a series of exercises that will support the growing demands and minimise any pain and strains associated with pregnancy.

Group classes to be booked in 6 week course.

1:1 classes and home visits are also available to support any specific issues during your pregnancy.
