We are a successful, driven, IT, Telecoms and Managed Document Services business based on the edge of the city. We need someone to help ensure our clients and visitors get a great first impression of the company (and 2nd and 3rd). The role would involve taking calls and routing them through the switchboard (Mitel), receiving and sending deliveries and managing meeting room bookings.
What we are really looking for is someone who is welcoming, professional, has an excellent telephone voice and is organised and efficient (this is all essential). It would be ideal if you came from a similar environment of a professional organisation in the business to business world.
