  Bring your bump, buggy or sling along to get some fresh air and exercise at the country park. We start out from the Cafe, and aim to be back at around 11.15 if you'd like to meet up later for a cuppa. In case of heavy rain, we will stay at the cafe, so please come along whatever the weather! Run by NCT volunteers, but all welcome, members and non-members.
