Polly is specially trained in postnatal yoga and offers the following class in Worcester:

Postnatal Mum and Baby Yoga
suitable for all abilities, from 6 weeks post-partum (8-10 weeks after ceasarean)
relax and bond with your baby
gently bring your body back to pre pregnancy fitness
work on your BAPS - back, abs and pelvic strength
includes baby massage and yoga techniques to aid baby's development
mats, blankets, cushions, blocks and straps are all provided
enjoy a free drink and chat after class
