Many joint exercises and many with baby in your arms for better bonding
Lots of rhyme, songs, music and sensory stimulation
Use of props such as scarves, ribbons, gym ball, puppets, instruments
Start with a gentle warm up and end with a lovely bubbles relaxation
Quality physical stimulation including flowing postures, holding, movement, touch, voice and deep relaxation
Activities designed around the Early Years Foundation framework helping your baby's communication and language, physical development as well as their personal, social and emotional development
