Mum and Baby Yoga -
suitable for all abilities, from 6 weeks post-partum (8-10 weeks after ceasarean)
relax and bond with your baby
gently bring your body back to pre pregnancy fitness
work on your back, abs and pelvic strength
includes baby massage and yoga techniques to aid baby's development
mats, blankets, cushions are all provided
enjoy a free drink and chat after class

Mum and Toddler Yoga -
suitable for all abilities, from 6 months post-partum
learn fun yoga asanas with your little one

learn relaxing breathing techniques
