Personal Trainer


My aim as a personal trainer is to provide you with a balanced & varied approach to fitness, using our time together constructively to help motivate you to reach your goals. I will show you the right steps to take whether you want to lose body fat, improve muscle tone, mass, strength or endurance. I will design sessions for the goals you have identified, & we will work together to maximise your potential & challenge you to be inspired to reach even greater results than you imagined.

I have qualifications for Level 3 Advanced Personal Training, Designing Pre & Post Natal exercise, Exercise Referral, Instructing Exercise & Fitness , Gym Instruction & Kettlebell Exercise. I have recently gained a Level 4 qualification in Exercise & Nutritional Interventions for Obesity & Diabetes.
