BUMP Pregnancy Fitness


If you want to help stave off some of those pregnancy related niggles, keeping fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy is a great start. At BUMP you will target areas of your body that traditionally weaken during pregnancy, work on keeping your tummy, back and pelvic floor strong and stretch and flex all those aches and pains away. This class will help you prepare you body for the demands of labour and early parenthood. One not to be missed!
