This 6 week course is designed for beginner's or those relatively new to yoga who would like to begin their yoga journey in a structured and supported space.

Learning alongside other beginner's is a great way to explore the foundations of yoga, from key postures and safe alignment to breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation.
