Cafe Concerto

City Centre

Welcoming visitors, locals & celebrities for 17 years - "maturing like a fine wine" according to one customer. Many of our regulars have 'grown' with us, literally from babies to teenagers (and their parents are sometimes still allowed to come in with them...). All ages, couples, families, groups of friends, students, work colleagues and single diners sit side by side in a multi-cultural, harmonious atmosphere. A wonderful mix of customers.

Warm music-lined walls are scattered with instruments, and old wooden mismatched tables & chairs create a comfortable and informal restaurant where you can enjoy anything from just a great coffee, or Café Concerto's famous Tomato soup, to a Club Ciabatta sandwich or a full three course meal.

Interesting place to sit, drink coffee and watch the world go past. I found the snacks/small meals a bit restricted, as everything seemed bread based, and I don't eat bread, but I would definitely visit again.
