Running group - post natal anxieties

Hi there mums, after suffering quite bad post natal depression and anxiety, after some therapy I started running mainly to boost my mood and for a little half hours escapism! I don't run far or fast or for very long but have found it really helps in my confidence mood and general well being, was wondering if any other mums out there fancied running in baby friendly hours normally early morning or later nights - I found it so beneficial and think a mum support local running group could help all new mums smile xxx
