Take 3 years of reformer experience, 4 years of Pilates, mix with ZCNL Spirals creation & take it all to the floor! Do you feel it's time to challenge your fitness a bit more? Book in!

You'll challenge your cardio, lift your saggy muscles,tone that body! The routines tone outer thighs, hamstrings and buttocks with an open series of leg work. Then you are brought to the floor for pilates reformer and mat based exercises to strengthen your gluts and hamstrings while stabilizing your pelvis/hips followed by the back work sequence to really push your through your boundaries.

This is all set to music to further help your focus!

All levels welcome, you do not have to have experience in reformer work, dance or pilates as your instructor is motivated by your abilities so will offer movement exercises to remedy those muscles imbalances
