Barrister for School Admission Appeals

Barnet wide

Failing to get a place at a preferred school is a worrying and upsetting experience for parents wanting the best education for their child. The appeals system seems daunting and the volume of paperwork alarming.
I assist with strategy and provide advice at all stages in the process to achieve the best possible outcome. In addition to my many years of experience as a barrister I have been a school Governor for the last 7 years dealing with admissions and all appeals. I am also a mother of 5 so know the pressures and emotions that the allocation procedures can involve for the whole family.
I accept cases directly, without a solicitor, and incurring extra costs. I assist on a fixed fee basis. I can have a meeting with you to discuss the options, or I can draft the paperwork required. If you prefer I will take on all preparation and represent you at the hearing, the choice is yours.
