I am a Level 3 qualified and REPs registered Personal Trainer and Ante/Post Natal Trainer and have work experience of nearly 6 years (covered by appropriate insurance too).
I have been training with Helen twice a week for 3 months, before which I had done a few gym classes & jogged but was by no means confident. My fitness, strength & body shape has changed dramatically. Helen writes me a bespoke plan for each session and quickly adapts them if I am ill or low energy. She teaches best technique & her studio room is always spotless, well lit & a positive environment to train in. Helen is also very personality, friendly & has a great sense of humour! I certainly recommend her
