    1 month later I am right on track to getting back into shape, I have lost the baby weight and I am a lot more toned and defined. And the classes are great fun too! and really laying in to those pads is a great way of releasing stress. Alex really knows what he's doing, he works me hard, but is flexible and tailors my kickboxing workouts each time. I train twice a week and am really happy with the results! Definitely recommend! A fun, stress-busting and really effective way to get fit and back into shape! :)
