Hypnodieting is very different from the "usual" weight-loss methods. With Hypnodieting we look closely at your existing eating behaviour and the relationship that you have with food and then address the issues that may be preventing you from losing weight and keeping it off. We also look at how your current habits may be affecting other areas of your life, and to help you correct the negative thinking that can lead to instances of self-sabotage.
We call it the “non-diet diet programme”, and we will help you learn to establish new habits around eating and other behaviour patterns which are gently reinforced through light hypnotic and behavioural techniques. It is not a "quick fix", but a gradual change in lifestyle leading to permanent weight-loss and a much greater feeling of self-esteem and purpose.
