Fitsteps is an amazing dance workout created by Ian Waite & Natalie Lowe (Strictly Come Dancing Professionals). It combines latin and ballroom to create a cardio and toning workout which can burn up to 700 calories per session. No dance experience needed. Come along to have fun whilst you workout! Suitable for all ages and abilities!
