CoreFlex & Fitness Class (Mondays Evenings)


CoreFlex - Mondays 19:30-20:30

Group based class working on Core Strength and Flexibility, key components to everyone's health and lifestyle.

Improve co-ordination, balance, breathing, mobility and range of motion in a controlled environment focusing on technique and posture.

Fitness - Mondays 20:30-21:30

Heart rate raising, sweat inducing, challenging, fun fitness class.

Speed, strength, power and endurance all covered using body-weight, resistance bands and bags suited to your level.

All ages and abilities welcome.

Class run every week of the year execpt two weeks for chirstmas and new years.

Mats and equiptment provided. Bring some water and towel advised.

3 Month pre paid sign up also avaiable.
