MindFit PT offers a wide variety of different techniques to help you meet your goals. Whether you exercise regularly or want to start getting into shape, we can add a motivating, professional and enjoyable element to your training.

We offer one to one sessions which are tailored to your goals as well as group classes at various times of the day. All our sessions our buggy and baby friendly!
