Marking the start of the half-term holidays, for families looking to spend a memorable moment together, Woburn Abbey Gardens is holding its first-ever Luminaries Woburnensis event.

Experience Woburn's stunning Abbey Gardens in a new light. With the historic gardens taking on a new look thanks to the warm glow of the luminaria lights used to denote pathways, trees and the lake, visitors can enjoy contemporary art installations, created especially for the evening by Woburn village's local art gallery, Bedford Street Gallery. These include a sculpture of a globe full of tumbling Koi carp that will be turning on the lake, a fire-breathing dragon and an incredible animated fire sculpture. Award-winning ice sculptors will also be creating commissioned sculptures.

Prices cost £8 for adults, £7 for seniors, and £3.50 for children aged three – 15 years. Children under three-years-old are free.

Times and prices are subject to change. Contact venue before setting out.
