Exploring the solar system: Humans beyond Earth
Adam Stevens is currently a research student at the Open University, specialising in Mars exploration. He has been obsessed with the exploration of space since he was a lad, and will share some of his experience with us.

In this talk, Adam will look at the potential for humanity to spread beyond our own planet. We will examine the slightly more sci-fi aspects of human space flight and how realistic they might be. We will look at what we have achieved so far, where our next steps will be and whether, ultimately, we should even be going into space.
