YogaBellies® Yoga for Pregnancy classes are gentle and safe for all women after the first trimester whether new to Yoga or with years of practice. This is more than just a yoga class, but also training in deep relaxation and preparation for birth and motherhood. We practise yoga postures suitable for pregnancy and birth, adjusted for each trimester; invaluable breathing techniques for pregnancy and labour and also relaxation and meditation techniques that mum can also use once baby arrives. Our mums come through the door feeling the stresses of the day and leave feeling wonderfully really is your chance to indulge in some me time and meet other mums-to-be before baby arrives.
