Pregnancy Yoga


These classes aim to:
- provide time for you to enjoy your pregnancy
- exercise gently and safely during pregnancy
- meet other mums-to-be
- prepare for birthing your baby
The classes emphasise an active birth, including breathing and positions for labour. Different themes are covered each week, including Optimal Foetal Positioning, avoiding perineal damage, & life with a new baby.
It is also an opportunity to meet other expectant mums and we have occasional visitors such as sling consultants, hypnobirthing teachers etc.
