Guest Relations Weekend Response


•greet all customers for check-in at esa apartment & provide thorough guide to the apartment
•coordinate guest arrivals: approve times, transport & directions to ensure guests' arrival
•welcome & departure emails, prepare check-in packs, create guest portals & send login details
•liaise with operations team about emergency maintenance/housekeeping issues
•audit apartments precheck-in, assess standards & report flaws to operations team
•passion for delivering outstanding customer service gained in hospitality
•react quickly to guest issues & ensure swift resolve, remain calm making decisions under pressure
Work Hours
Friday 15:00-17:30 (handover meeting), Saturday & Sunday: flexible based on guest checkins, Monday 9-10:30 (handover meeting), min 19 hours over weekend. Flexibility to work up to 30 hours. Work longer than 6 hours per day, required to take 30min unpaid break.
