Tai Chi is becoming increasingly popular as its benefits to health and ability to decrease stress become more widely known.
The lessons will focus on learning sets of Tai Chi movements as well as some simple, relaxing Qigong exercises. All of the exercises are low-impact and carried out slowly making it easy to follow along.
