Suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to fairly experienced intermediate students. Pregnancy Yoga is suitable for women in their second and third trimester (past 12 weeks).

Classes are run as courses of 6. With maximum of 6 students in a class, everyone gets plenty of personal attention. £85 for the initial course, £80 when rebooking. Classes begin with breathing (pranayama), we then move through a flowing sequence of postures (asana) modified to suit a pregnant body and, finally, we spend some time visualising and in relaxation.
