What are your memories of food when growing up? Are mealtimes more like stress times and can food be more of a chore than a pleasure?
Each session will include basic cookery skills and budgeting advice. More importantly, we will also prepare and eat a meal!
You must book your place beforehand. You can choose which workshops you would like to attend.
You are welcome to bring pre-schoolers, but the emphasis is more on the adults' experience. These classes are open to all adults, not just parents.
