Want to get fit but don't know where to start? Our next popular Beginners' Running Course for Women is for you! Sessions are led by qualified and friendly Run Leaders. You don't need to be able to run at all to start the course. The aim after 10 weeks is that you'll be ready to complete the 5K Parkrun in Hove Park on Saturday 6 July (see And we'll be there to cheer you on!
All you need is some comfortable clothing, a decent sports bra and some trainers. We get lots of mums on the course keen to get back to exercise, so check out our website for more details!
