Welcome to Pilates Evolution Brighton. My name is Clare and I am the Founder and Lead Instructor.

Pilates is a gentle, low impact form of exercise that can provide enormous health and wellbeing benefits; physically, mentally and emotionally.

Pilates focuses on developing your core strength. In turn this will lead to improvements in your posture, increased muscular strength throughout the body, improved balance and greater flexibility. We also use breathing techniques which promote relaxation.

Men and women of all ages and abilities can benefit from Pilates. I currently work with pregnant and post natal women, people training for athletic events, those recovering from injury, surgery or managing health conditions and everyone in between!

I am delighted to offer general mixed ability Pilates classes suitable for men and woman of all ages at a variety of convenient locations in the BN1 area. In addition I am specially trained in delivering Pilates for pregnant and post natal women and have a number of specialist classes for those women.
